Carson is a Bear
Carson is a Bear...and he also recently received his Bear Badge in Cub Scouts! Bear is the rank from the age of 9-10.
Carson has had a few different Bear Leaders this past year, and they have all been awesome! Thanks to Sis Jones, Sis Randall, Sis Teeples, and Sis Boehme. Those ladies are all so dedicated, and they made Cub Scouts fun and productive, so we hardly had to do any requirements at home. Here Carson is receiving his Bear badge from our Cub Master, Ed Janes.

Carson was super speedy finding his chocolate, and he won easily.
Our Pack has some magic Cub Scout paper that the boys write their name on when they are up for an advancement. If they have fulfilled all the requirements, the paper will dissolve in water.
Cub Scouts is such a good program. I have been a Cub Scout leader for 7 years. I was a Wolf Den leader for 2 years, a Primary Counselor over Cubs for 3 years, and now a Committee Chair for 2 years. It has been great being involved with Cub Scouts as Charlie went through the program, and now with Carson too.
