May - August 2017

For Carson's Eagle Project, he collected supplies for the M.D. Anderson Cancer center.

For the Fourth of July, we went up to Payson to try to get out of the heat, but it was an unusually hot day, and was still pretty warm.  The boys disc golfed and we all enjoyed some festivities at a park.

Duncan loves to come for rides with us in the car.

Carson edited our family picture to put Charlie's face/beard on everyone.  :D

We took a trip to Colorado Springs to visit Granny.  This is at a baseball game there.  It was a little cold and rainy that day.

We went to the Garden of the Gods park in Colorado to hike and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Joe and the Kendall cousins were visiting Granny and we overlapped for a couple of days.

Cade 10th Grade Skyline High School

Cade was in CCL so he helped Freshman find their way around.

We had a birthday party/going away party for Carson at the Hildebrand's house.  Here he is with David Turley and Parker Roberts.  Happy 18th Birthday, Carson!

They played foursquare in the pool.

We went to Joe's Farm Grill for Carson's free birthday breakfast.

Carson's last night at home before heading to BYU, his friends David and Logan came over and Cheyanna joined them for some games.

We drove Carson up to Provo to start his Freshman year.  Here he is in his dorm room in Healaman Halls. His roommate was named Charles and when we arrived to the room there was a note on Charles' stuff saying "Do not touch my stuff."  :D  We had to chuckle about that.

Here's the Cannon center cafeteria where Carson ate his meals and also worked his first job as a salad bar attendant.

No trip to Provo would be complete without getting some fudge from the BYU store!

Sad drive home without Carson.
